Yes that's what I was told as well. If there's a 1-4 and a 1-7 available, and you book a 1-4 property, the system should be programmed to pull a 1-4, not the 1-7.

It happened to me as well, but I booked again using the cat 1-4 cert, then cancel the cat 1-7 cert and the 1-7 cert got put back to my account.
