IFE is a small screen and it is on the wall so it will be further away in the bulkhead. I haven't sat in 1A on a CR9 in a long time so I can't remember if it has the same leg room issues as bulkhead on a narrow body airbus. I would expect 2A will be a safe bet, but I'm not as tall as you so 2A is always a safe bet for me.

As for lav and galley proximity, it's a tiny cabin, I don't think it's worth worrying about that.

Usually though I prefer the other side of the aircraft provided the seat beside me goes out empty. More room to spread out.

Seating advice is very subjective.
