i'm not sure what type of yields the owners of the property are looking for, but it was reported in the SCMP that this hotel is 100% occupied for weeks at a time. i have a friend who recently tried to make a reservation and was quoted HK$3,000 for a standard room, but there was a convention or something going on in HK at the time.
