Had not heard about this one, but looks very promising and almost complete?
My wife and I honeymooned here ( https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/4502096-post12.html ) when it was SPG Luxury Collection. Can't wait for it to reopen as a Four Seasons. They don't appear ready for bookings although hotel is slated to open late 2021. Anyone have any up to date opening information?

I do miss that, but I am excited about the Four Seasons taking ownership after many (~15) years of will they or won't they. A simple Google search for "Tamarindo Yellowstone Blixeth" will provide the update. Was effectively a time share for the ultra wealthy after the Luxury Collection affiliation that never really got off the ground due to the Great Recession and a divorce by the timeshare founders that exposed many misdealings. So compared to that, I'm glad it's finally opening back up.
