Just completed a stay here.
1. Valet is better than in the past. Not perfect, but better. Upon arrival, we waited about 5 minutes before getting out of our car and walking up to the valet desk. Service was apathetic, and a valet watched as my wife carried her bag up the stairs. The call number for valet is dead, they've switched 100% to a text-based system. Every time we texted the valet service, our car arrived at the valet stand before we did. Upon check-out, the lead valet was exceptionally helpful. Service is a $47/night.
2. All restaurants and bars are open. Breakfast is available at Fountain Lounge (sit down, order from menu) and Teddy's (walk-up counter service). The menu at Fountain Lounge is abbreviated, missing several items from pre-COVID days. Service was OK but not great. They delivered one of our entrees to another table. They apologized and said they'd bring out complementary beignets with the replacement entrée. The beignets never arrived. Food quality and quantities were excellent, however.
3. We were given a $15 per adult per day F&B credit applied directly to the bill. This was the first time I can remember that the F&B credit was correctly applied before check-out. We had a 2-night stay, but only had F&B spending on one day. The $15/person/day credit was extended to each day of the reservation which was a pleasant surprise.
4. The pool was an excellent place to spend a few hours. Oddly, on a busy weekend (100% sold out) and 50+ guests on the pool deck by 9AM, the pool bar/restaurant didn't open until 11:00AM. Food/drink service is cut off at 6:00PM, too while the pool stays open until 10:00PM. Pool attendants (food, towels, umbrellas, water, etc.) were excellent.
5. In-room mini-bar and snack service has returned. The usable part of the fridge has enough room for 2 water bottles, nothing more. In-room prices reflect the new economy... 1.5 oz chips is $6, 6oz rye is $45, etc.
6. Housekeeping is "opt-in" and they did a great job restocking everything we needed.
