No. The reservation and ticket are separate things. When you were refunded the ticket was cancelled. While you have confirmed seat (reservation) on the flight, you have no ticket to pay for that seat. You dont really buy a seat on a flight, you buy a ticket, the ticket which allows you to occupy a seat on a flight.
It's a semi-common occurence to have reservation on OAL not be correctly cancelled, when ticket is handled by a separate airline.
