Update: on the phone the Westin gentleman had said it did not qualify; but he told me to email his manager to make 100% sure - the manager said it DOES qualify!!!

The St. Regis lady responded to my email question and said the rate does NOT qualify but to ask at check-in if am exception can be made.

I emailed Marriott corporate after y’all replied and they said the rate includes breakfast..

so it looks y’all are correct and it does include!! I am only staying at St. Regis if I get my suite certs clear to the St. Regis suite, if not I’ll stay at the Westin!!
