This brings me back to whether or not *A monitors such things. Priority baggage handling is a published benefit for many situations for customers of *A airlines. If the 'airport' is not complying, the entity should know. I did report this to TK via its feedback form.
They probably monitor it very sporadically as part of their quality assurance/quality control framework
However, the fact is there have been complaints and long discussions about priority baggage handling on FT for ages. It seems unlikely airlines put more effort into this during these challenging times.
While it won't hurt to voice your concern to the airline, I doubt it will change anything with regard to prio baggage handling. You might wanna think about alternate strategies such as flying HBO.
