Unfortunately got a little bonvoyed on my stay. App showed I'd been upgraded to a Loft room, then that I'd been upgraded to a premier one bedroom suite. At check in at 430, they said I was in a deluxe room. I mentioned that the app showed an upgrade. They made me wait a bit and said they had a really nice room available for me, if I was okay with an accessible room. Oh and I had to wait.
Waited for about 15 minutes, and was given keys to a room on the 3rd floor that had the upgrade of a terrace facing the HVAC and a giant accessible bathroom.
was told there was no other room due to the busy holiday weekend...despite other rooms all remaining for sale. Had only 90 mins left of pool reservation, so just took it and was annoyed and probably should have stayed at the SLS. Pool is nice but I was assigned a spot in the back row in the shade.

Sorry to hear about the room upgrade situation. How was the stay otherwise? Was the gym open?
