Does anyone know how to push the hotel to charge me? Best Western's customer service seems to be pretty bad. I contacted them about this as well as separately to request a status match but neither has received responses after several days.
At Best Western "every hotel is independently owned and operated". So you have to contact the hotel itself, not Best Western, if you want to "push" them to charge you now.

Unfortunately, between now (or even when you posted the question) and the 31st is all a holiday / weekend, and it's unclear whether the hotel will process that over a holiday / weekend, even if they are going to process it advance.
