O.P. Sounds - and acts - like a total d*ck. IHG customer services comes out of this tale of woe looking pretty good to my mind. Clearly they know that they are dealing with a customer who has unreasonable expectations that are in no way in line with the terms and conditions of the program, but all the way through they've tried their best to keep him happy, and all the way through he has just carried on acting like a d*ck.

Well done IHG customer services.
