If the flight is selling PremiumPlus, there is no CPU to either Business or PremiumPlus.
In some case a PremiumPlus equipped aircraft is used but PremiumPlus is not being sold. In that case the PremiumPlus seat are treated as a part of E+ and anyone with E+ access can select those seats.
