I can understand needing to change the July schedule once or twice, but Delta is shooting themselves in the foot by not getting their adjustments right the first time. And their website/IT can't handle many rebookings, which means even more phone calls. Even the super-secret (red card) airport line had a wait today, and that normally gets you right through.

Each change requires calling Delta, because the flights need to be re-ticketed. And downgauging to CRJs means either rebooking on alternate flights to keep FC, or requesting refunds. Both options require a phone call to Delta.

Also, wasn't Delta going to get rid of the devil's chariot before now?
