In any case, when dealing with any company’s customer service, my advice is to not take anything too personally, know what you want to ask for, but also know there’s a time to fold.
Exactly. From a customer service perspective I think you pushed things way too far! You even turned down points and made it a personal issue which blows my mind. While you were not given the 50,000 you wanted you left 10,000 on the table due to pride.
