you are leaving critical information out. when did they charge your card? when it was ordered or when it shipped? i only like doing business places that charge when item is shipped, especially if there will be a delay.
have you tried contacting the company? they are refusing to make good? have you posted reviews and escalated? to me it seems any reasonable company would take care of the situation..
It was paid in full in November, 2020 at the time of purchase. Delivery was not until March, 2021. The damage was not caused by the seller. There was nothing wrong with the piece of furniture when it was delivered so there is no reason to go back to the seller for therm to "make good" or leave a bad review.
