As an EXP I generally get a text when at DCA from the Premium Services inviting me to stop at the AC. Given I have a membership I do. Back during COVID times I actually had someone from Premium Services show up at the gate with a sign with my name on it and a cart to take me to the AC. I declined politely instead wanting to walk off the couple of drinks going from C to D.
I got the text messages for pretty much every flight from July 2020 through March 31, 2021. Haven't had one since. Maybe my Helix rating went down!
