OK, what would be the price of the LDW (or CDW) with Avis and Budget? Priceline tries to sell me their own, I've got no idea if $13/day is reasonable or not (for a Camry or similar).
I even tried to make a simulation using budget's website but they don't show me the price for the insurance. I can add all kinds of things like child seats and navigation but not insurance. (this is budget.be)

UPDATE: When renting on avis.com I can see the LDW is $12 with them
