Here's another thought. The TSA definitely accepts AS boarding passes to access the Cathay Pacific Lounge, and although it's closed, I would use the same argument (if needed) that you're accessing the Air France Lounge (which is what QR uses at SFO) under the Oneworld access rules.
I doubt they would accept my inbound AS boarding pass, and Im worried PSP AS agents wont print the same PNR's QR boarding pass (or it will just be a card without a bar code to scan at security), so I'll be stuck. BART into town is a good idea, but less enticing with carry-on luggage.
