If you search: MD-11 and WBC, you'll find a good number of threads dealing with the subject of WBC seating on the MD-11 (including mine). One of the other members, Jet2K, is also working on a seat map at http://seatexpert.com.

I believe they are replacing their MD-11 fleet, but I'll leave the specifics of that question to someone else in the forum. I think the SFO-AMS MD-11 will be totally replaced by a 777 in Februrary.
