I'm having the same issue with a July reservation. July changes should be done at this point, but Delta has decided that my home airport needs the chariot of awfulness also known as the CRJ. Today is the fifth schedule/aircraft change for my flights. That is unacceptable. Do it once and get it right.

My reservation has been changed so many times at this point that I think they have confused paid upgrades vs. upgrade certificates. But it's impossible to see the information online, and calling is an exercise in frustration. American picks up the phone immediately for me, and my status with them is lower.

Delta has taken an extremely well-run airline, and is trying to run it into the ground. Staffing good people matters. Saving a few bucks on staffing doesn't matter if you can't run your operation.
