Sorry OP please use line breaks. Dense texts is very hard to read let alone comprehend and it's just plain rude.

But I offer these take aways

1. This board is nothing to do with IHG customer services

2. Being given a few k+ points is a good outcome

3. Calling people liars is never a good idea. It is not respectful or honourable.
