Maybe something has changed. Have to admit I haven't submitted many claims after the merger. But in the beginning, I still got confirmation emails...
There were confirmation emails in the past, but it's been a while since I got one recently. I forget when this started, but I do remember double-submitting a request because I hadn't gotten a confirmation email and thought maybe I'd just forgotten to click submit or something.
