You should receive a confirmation by email right away that they have received your claim. Maybe give them a call?
I have submitted tens of BRGs and never received a confirmation email upon submitting the claim. I’ve only received the response, and it can take anywhere from 1-48 hours in my experience. Although lately more around 24-36h..
