His answers were pretty straightforward and positive. I was dying to raise my hand and say “when are you going to stop being cheAAp and resume normal catering “ but I wasn’t invited to the party.
I was not greeted at the gate on my last flight on either departure or return, and probably running less than 50% of the time now. It is helpful to avoid the awkward push through the other priority passengers when being called. It seems this service is waning now based on my recent experiences.
