Have a trip booked for November with BA Holidays.

Paid for Premium Economy. At the time no CW availability or I would have booked using a 241 and paid for hotel separately.

In MMB the option is there to upgrade the seats using Avios, but then I get an error when I try to do it. I called the number last night at 19.50 and was told it was possible but the department I needed closed at 20.00 and to call back at 8.00 am.

I've now been on hold since 8am (good job its an 0800 number).

I just thought In would ask here if it is actually possible so I can end this nearly 2 hour phone call.
