I noticed tonight my Skymiles balance had increased slightly, and I thought it was strange as I wasn't expecting anything to post this week. Turns out I received the 2500 bonus miles for "Self Service." Funny thing is, I had to call into the PM line last week to make a simple voluntary date change to an upcoming reservation that DL.dumb wouldn't let me change online. After a 2 hour call back and a slight fare difference later, the agent easily made the change. Just an odd glitch or coincidence? Or is it possible the website is recognizing when someone clicks the "Modify" button and then subsequently calls in?
