I had a great trip to FAI last weekend. All companies had vehicles in the lot, but choices were limited and it was hard to tell which vehicles were waiting to be cleaned as FAI's rental car area is a small unstaffed parking lot shared by every major company with check-in/check-out done in baggage claim.
