Here's another thought. The TSA definitely accepts AS boarding passes to access the Cathay Pacific Lounge, and although it's closed, I would use the same argument (if needed) that you're accessing the Air France Lounge (which is what QR uses at SFO) under the Oneworld access rules.

This, of course, is assuming that you're in J and actually have access and/or you're a OWE elite. As an AA CK, I'm assuming you are...

ps: keep in mind, AF lounge closes at 430p and then reopens at 630p

pss: personally, I'd store my luggage in the Intl terminal, take Bart to the City and have a nice dinner if I had 7 hours here.
