That's pretty standard CK treatment. There isn't always someone doing the meet/greet at boarding, but it happens often enough. Also, in airports where ACs are still closed, some premium services agents seem to have taken on the role of gate greeter for CKs (have seen this several times at STL lately, for example).
Asking for feedback about the airline during these encounters isn't all that typical, though, in my experience. There may be more of that lately, particularly if they notice someone is back after not having flown for a long time due to the pandemic, I suppose.
