Online, the seats are not yours until you hit ‘pay’. It takes a few minutes to fill out the forms.
The phone agent can put the seats on hold whilst you give all the info over. The person online thinks they have the seats but when they hit ‘pay’ gets an error as a phone agent has them on hold.
