I always forget the Singapore option. Today I didn't after being quoted 4.5 hours call back time on the main line. Called using Skype, agent in 8 minutes - courteous, efficient, easy to understand (not always a given with US agents), no endless questions, just verify details, what changes need made, hold 5 minutes to process - all done.
Seriously, why can't this level of service be replicated in your home market Delta.....?
