They seem to completely understand why this matters to pax and why it's convenient, and those who know how to do it can do it in 20 seconds.
But, how can one tell if the flight is booked correctly - before you actually fly the segment?
Also, some of the previous posts mentioned upgrading only one leg... what if you've upgraded both legs?
