Pay attention when entering your info. It seems this info goes into the same section of your account as your Known Traveler number and may erase that from your account. I noticed that it appeared to do that when I entered mine. Now, we are traveling today and my wife’s TTN is missing from her account. She only noticed when she didn’t get TSA Precheck today.
I don't have a KTN, but I did noticed that my redress number which is on the same form as the KTN had disappeared shortly after uploading my vaccination certification. However I didn't do anything about it, and I've just gone and checked and it's correctly showing again.
Not sure if it was just a display issue at the time, or if they have done something to repopulate them.
