Claudio and I go back to the days at the MPH and then Martinez before PHV. Something happened along the way because what I thought PHV would become under Claudio did not happen, rather a downward spiral, slow but still.I have not stayed at the PHV for a few years now, sans Covid rather going elsewhere after my last stay. I was given the worse possible room and yes I have status when asked about it they that was all they had which if we had known we would have gone elsewhere.
