I booked for June 3-4 at Wynn to celebrate bf's birthday. Called after reservation went through and asked to convert spa credit to F&B, but the lady told me she couldn't do it right now, and I need to talk to a manager when I'm physically in the hotel in order to convert. Anyone here has the same experience? We are not looking to use the spa.
