The customer rep told me initially that she could not see the new coupons in my account! I told her maybe it was due to the new qualifying year just starting, and that I could see them online in my account. She then asked me for the coupon number- After I gave it to her, the upgrade was applied, and I received the usual email from "RES OFFICE" with the info and I class assignment.
Like you, my coupons are still appearing on my account online - I guess this is just an IT glitch. Looking at checkmytrip, it shows business class, so I am pretty sure the flight has been upgraded.
To follow up on my original question: I called A3 and the agent said "your ticket is not fixed yet". Two days later I did get the email from RES OFFICE with the new ticket.
