I can see the COVID-19 vaccination documentation section in my profile and the option to add record to my profile. If I click on that again it says I have already entered the sweep stake, but I do not see any indication that they already have my record.
Does anyone know how? I spent an hour on the phone with United, spoke to 2 supervisors and they have no idea.
One told me they have no way of seeing that I have uploaded the record, but if they can't see that I have uploaded, and I can't tell if it is received on their end, how do I know they have it? I can't even try to upload again.
Does anyone know how you can tell if the vaccine record is received?
