Personally I like row 13. It has footrests (unlike row 12) and has a one-row buffer before Economy. If two of us are flying, I'll try to get window and aisle seat combo (13A/C or 13H/K). If flying solo, I like the centre aisle seats since if PE isn't full the middle seat is most likely to be empty giving you even more space (13D or 13G). AS 24left said YMMV.
