During check-out just now, I asked them about this. The staff member said that "Club Level" denotes use of the "Grand Reception" as their version of an Executive Lounge. Then I asked her whether all guests have access to that Grand Reception. She said yes. Then I showed her the names of the reservation listings on the Bonvoy app. She then said that it is most likely a typo and that it should be dropped from all the hotel's reservation listings, and that she'll coordinate to talk to marketing dept. Anyways she acknowledged that it is potentially misleading and confusing.
However, I have a different explanation. I believe that "Club Level" refers to merely the Happy Hour access to the Grand Reception between 7-9pm, when there's unlimited wine, and a tray of finger food per pair of people. During those two hours, they scanned my key card to let me in. Plat gets you that access... I believe this is the more logical explanation.
Interesting take from the hotel. Maybe this was opening weekend kinks? idk... I hope they offer some type of proper lounge like the other properties in Seoul. The breakfast, from what I saw of your pics, looks similar to what the JW/Westin would offer. I had a similar spread at the Sheraton D Cube as well.
