Almost anywhere in Argentina. Their beef is very good, particularly for slow cooking (think they don't use feed lots to up the weight, it is all grass fed and shows in flavour and texture). More famous for their steaks, but I've had great ribs at Cabana Las Lilas in Buenos Aires.
