Wow. This is indeed a small world. Is your company using all 50+ rooms or is the retreat part of a larger gathering? Interesting that a corporate booking would be done with what seems to be relatively little advance booking, esp for a high-end destination resort. Would think these sorts of things are annual and planned a year in advance, especially for such a great time of year to be in Big Sur. What a fantastic place to have it! My old company would send us off to random airport Hiltons!
