interesting that they do that as a triangular route. KL is really an expert of those routes. KL has always struggled to MIA so it can help them to do this triangular route. But it will be a lot of hassles for the pax continuing to the 2nd stop as I suppose they will have to disembark and clear US immigration and customs at the 1st stop.
