It kind of would be pointless to have them be doing this. If most people are going to use this credit for breakfast (particularly on their checkout day), their audit runs will be completed long before the restaurant opens up for breakfast. And thus, not able to apply any credit to a charge which has yet to occur. What's funny is that Hilton keeps pushing its HH members to download their app in order to do online checkin, digital key, and online checkout. Now, if we use the F&B credits, we will have to go through the normal checkout process at the front desk. And most likely be spending more time doing so in order to make sure the credits were applied correctly. And fixing the ones which weren't.
I'm not sure. But is this one of those "1 step forward/ 2 steps back" kind of things?
