Thanks hclee01, I tried looking under "earning miles" and couldn't find anything.
One thing: The conversion rate has been revised to 50,000 Bonus Rupiah into 1,000 KF miles. It was shown on the print ad and confirmed by the telephone staff.
You get 0.5% of your regular transactions back as Bonus Rupiah.
The amazing thing is when you use your card at participating merchants, you get 5% back as Bonus Rupiah. It is quite worthless as 'Bonus Rupiah' itself, but when converted into KF miles, the best value I have ever heard.
Imagine spending only about USD13,000 - USD14,000 (at participating places) to get a Raffles redemption ticket CGK-LAX-CGK!

Gaucho100K: Asked about your question, sorry can't put supplementary card transactions into other KF account than the main cardholder's.
