I booked BCN-ATH-JMK and JMK-FCO a month ago and asked to use a voucher that was due to expire that day. The agent did it no problem, advising that there was no availability for BCN-ATH-JMK but that I would be waitlisted. About two days later I checked my booking on the A3 site, and see that I now have two identical sets of flights, one in Y and one in C, on the BCN-ATH-JMK. And a note that I need to call for changes to the itin. Is this normal? The JMK-FCO flight just shows the booking in C.
