The 4 a week schedule has held pretty much since the route re-opened. It was originally 5 a week but reduced to four and since then has remained as such. Flights at MON, WED, FRI and SUN and are operating as normal. I'm flying in less than two weeks and everything is holding fine so far.

Worst case scenario if they did cancel and have no alternatives would be to have a re-route via Madrid on Iberia, but I don't think it will happen. The flights carried on as normal throughout national lockdown, so now Mex is on the amber list I can see it carrying on as normal. As for green, I think that is a long way away. I'd not touch numbers the goverment put out here with a barge pole as long as the country itself.

To add one other data point, currently reserved seats on my flight at 4 in F, 8 in J, 1 in W and 1 in Y... I'd imagine a total of perhaps 40-50 passengers? maybe a few more. What is keeping up the route is the gold in the hold. Apparently Papaya is something of a money machine in the export market
