Currently at 40.000 feet trying to switch my purchased Wi-Fi from my laptop to phone, but it doesn't seem to work.
Have been trying with a member of the crew for 15 minutes but we cannot find a 'reconnect' button on the new device, nor a 'logout' button to log out the old device so I can login with the access (promo) code on the new device.

Long shot but has anyone experienced the same and/or have a solution?
