Resort is beautiful and everything looks brand new, food is better than the reviews have indicated so far, definitely better than that at Hyatt Zilara Cancun. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The vibe is very laid back here, so if you are looking for excitement, you won’t find much here. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the weather though!

A few caveats, the sand at the beach isn’t very soft , so if you are into nice beaches, I might not pick this particular resort. Also they don’t seem to be enforcing club only access at the club pool, but it’s not very crowded at the moment so it’s not a huge deal if you wake up early to grab a seat. Just more of an annoyance to be sharing a pool with the non globalist riff raff!
