QR ( the airline ) has removed all airline-imposed COVID requirements.
The State of Qatar ( the country ) does not require COVID tests for transit purposes, unless you are coming from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka. If you are coming to DOH from one of the 6 countries, you would need a PCR test 48 hours before departure; if you are originating from another country no test requirement for transferring at Qatar.
