Currently booked on flight 444 SEA --> HNL in July. Scheduled aircraft is A330-900neo. Per Delta's website (
https://www.delta.com/us/en/aircraft/airbus/a330-900) and SeatGuru, this aircraft has 4 classes of service: Delta One (rows 1 thru 8); Delta Premium Select (rows 20 thru 23); Delta Comfort+ (rows 30 through 36); Main Cabin (all remaining rows 37 thru 58). However when I look at my specific booking (which says the aircraft is the A330-900neo) and go to the seat map, it's only showing 3 classes of service (it does not show Delta Premium Select). The seat map on Delta.com for my specific flight under "My Trips" shows rows 20 thru 23 being Delta Comfort+, and 30 through 58 being Main cabin economy.
I am currently Platinum on Delta. When I booked my flights, I had to do so over the phone with an agent. I booked main cabin. 4 people on the reservation. Myself and one companion are eligible for upgrade. While on the phone, the agent automatically upgraded two of us to seats 23 A and B (which according to my reservation seat map is Comfort+). She put the other two on the reservation in seats 30 A and B (which according to my reservation seat map is Main cabin economy).
However....per SeatGuru AND Delta's own "aircraft" page (
https://www.delta.com/us/en/aircraft/airbus/a330-900), seats 23A and B are
Delta Premium Select, and seats 30A and B are
Delta Comfort+.
Sooooo.......do I trust the aircraft seat map for my reservation under "My Trips"? Or is Delta's own 'aircraft' webpage and seatguru to be trusted?
